Lisa Brookes

Lisa specialises in crime awareness, using her lived experiences to educate young people about the choices and consequences of criminality and the realities of the criminal justice system.

Having been both a victim and a perpetrator of crime, Lisa brings a unique perspective to crime interventions.  She is passionate about motivating and guiding young individuals away from the path of crime. 

Lisa has delivered motivational talks in various settings, including schools, police stations, and prisons, with a focus on inspiring positive change within communities.  

Sean Monaghan

Sean has spent many years practising within the sectors of youth work, working heavily in multi-agency settings with criminal justice, social care and health as both frontline practitioner and service manager roles. 

Notably: Running a hyper-local centre based model for a community deeply impacted by violence and trauma.

Developing three hospital based violence interruption services to meet the needs of young people presenting as victims of sexual violence, bladed and firearm injuries.

 

Liz Pemperton

Liz Pemberton (she/her) is an award winning early years anti-racist trainer and consultant.. Her company, The Black Nursery Manager Ltd, focuses on providing tailored support working closely with Local Authorities, early years organisations, Primary school teachers and a range of other professionals in the sector to promote the best anti-racist practice. With over 16 years in the education sector, Liz’s roles have included Secondary School Teacher (QTS), public speaker and Nursery Manager. This has enabled her to teach, manage, support and educate early years students, practitioners and professionals in a variety of forums.

Imani Clough

Imani Academy & Co is an award-winning youth development consultancy, dedicated to the character and leadership development of young people, founded in 2017. We work in partnership with young people, organisations and networks to support organisations with their youth voice, engagement and participation strategy's. We work with organisations to build capacity, capability and competency to meaningfully partner with young leaders and instigate transformational change -- through coaching, training and consultancy.

Kasharel Belle

Essence Youth Mentoring provides a safe, non-judgmental space for young people, offering peer-to-peer support alongside adult guidance. Their activities include CBT-informed workshops and life coaching to help young people process traumatic experiences. They also offer opportunities for fun and connection, with cooking classes, dance lessons and after-school clubs providing a space where young people can relax and simply enjoy being kids.
