Nadia runs an organisation called 'Mind Our Mentalities' which is a one stop hub that works to support, advise, motivate and inspire 11 - 25 year olds to be the best versions of themselves.
 
They do this through providing a range of services such as; Mentoring, Well-being coaching, Staff training (Trauma Informed Practice, Student Engagement, Supporting Students with SEMH needs and SEN to progress), Student Workshops/Assemblies (Emotional Well-Being, Employability, Motivation to study) and Parental Education.

WeThnk exists to educate, uplift and be a catalyst for change in the lives of young people. Through direct work, professional training and policy development; they strive with young people and the people who work for them, to positive outcomes.

The Wethnk approach to youth engagement is collaborative and personalised. Their aim is to gain insight into the inner and outer worlds that young people inhabit to provide support and guidance that is right for them. Working with young people and the key people around them is integral to what they do.

Fidel Thompson

Breakin Barriers will be an organisation that will give people with spinal cord injuries the tools to develop their independence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence, around issues relating to spinal cord injuries and the impact that it can have on their mental health.

Their goal is to create a network for people with spinal cord injuries to connect with others on a similar journey, whilst building a community for individuals to share their experiences and participate in one-to-one or peer group workshops and activities. Their focus is to empower, redevelop passion and encourage a positive mindset to live a full and rewarding life.
